Letting a model write a public listing about someone else’s property is only reasonable if you can check its work. So a draft names the documents it was built from, and the facts it drew out are shown against them rather than buried in prose.
You read the draft against its sources before anything leaves Proppi. That is A2, Ask.
Problems surface before the listing does. Unconsented work, missing certificates, expired records.
Same rules through the assistant. Connecting Claude or ChatGPT does not loosen any of this.

Can Proppi look after the whole property job today?
That is the service we are building towards: request, preparation, coordination, completion and follow-up, online and on the ground, with you making key decisions. Today the digital beta supports property records, source-linked answers and supported prepared Work. Local coordination, maintenance and accounting services are planned, not currently available. New Zealand sale publication is live on Trade Me after approval; rental publishing and Australian channels are still in build.
Can an AI assistant really publish a listing on my behalf?
It can do everything up to the approval card and nothing past it. Connect Proppi to Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini (in ChatGPT, search for “Proppi” in the app directory) and the assistant can read the property file and draft the listing, but publication stops for a person to approve. Connecting an assistant changes who does the typing, not who makes the decision.
Do I need to use an AI assistant at all?
No. Everything works in Proppi on its own. The assistant is just another door into the same job, for people who already live in one.
Where does Proppi publish listings to?
Trade Me today, for sales — so New Zealand is covered and Australia is not, yet. Rental listings are drafted end to end but publishing them is still in build, and Australian channels are in progress. We would rather name a channel when it works than before. If you list rentals, or list in Australia, join the beta and we will tell you the day yours goes live.
Whose Trade Me account does a listing publish through, and who pays the listing fee?
Yours. You connect your own Trade Me account, so the listing goes out under your identity and Trade Me bills you directly at its normal rates. Proppi adds nothing on top and takes no cut — Proppi being free while in beta is a separate thing from what Trade Me charges to run a listing. Publishing through an account you do not have to supply yourself is planned once bring-your-own is working well.
What if a drafted listing gets something wrong?
Every draft names the documents it was built from, so you can check it against the file it came from rather than taking it on trust. Nothing is published until you have read it and approved it.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use enterprise-grade infrastructure hosted in secure data centres. Only you can access your documents, and we never use your content to train AI models.

Today’s digital beta helps with property records, source-linked answers and supported prepared Work. Local coordination, maintenance and accounting services are planned, not currently offered. Proppi does not replace qualified professional advice, make key decisions for you or publish anything without approval.
